Over 20,000 trees, shrubs and plants were planted around Heathrow Terminal 5 to landscape the area.

Our reputation department is a complex and exciting environment that includes many different areas that work collaboratively to make sure that our colleagues, as well as the rest of the country, can enjoy Heathrow as a great place to work and a sustainable, ethical business, as well as a world class hub airport.
We look for many different skills and experiences in the reputation team. The main focus of the department is to shape and communicate Heathrow’s vision and priorities, externally and internally, through effective and focused communication as well as stakeholder engagement, research and innovative thinking. The complexity of the business makes this an exciting challenge for people from all backgrounds.
The reputation team includes many different teams:
Communications: looks after all communications internally and externally.
Legal: ensures that we follow the correct regulatory framework, in everything we do.
Business assurance, audit and risk: experts in risk management, manages all policies and procedures.
Sustainability: Heathrow leads the way forward for sustainable aviation. This team makes it happen.
