The Development function, which delivers all capital projects, is essential to enabling this through the safe and sustainable delivery of quality projects for our passengers and customers. Over the past ten years the development team has been responsible for delivering over £11 billion of investment in a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from a brand new terminal or car park, airline lounges, baggage facilities, air-bridges or retail units to refurbished toilets or tunnels. The Development team is ever changing. We look for a diverse range of skills, such as Project Management – Programme and Delivery, Portfolio management and Programme controls.
