If you are invited to the next stage of the process this may include a competency-based interview or assessment event. This will provide you with the opportunity to demonstrate your skills, experience and motivation for the position and gain an understanding of Heathrow and the exciting environment in which we work.
In order to comply with Department for Transport regulations, all successful applicants are required to complete a criminal record check and some positions require additional counter-terrorism checks.
You will need to provide references for the last five years, as well as proof of your identity. To comply with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, we also carry out a Right to Work in the UK check on every candidate prior to offering employment.
The majority of selection events are held at our head office - the Compass Centre - which is situated opposite the northern runway, or in a hotel close to the Compass Centre. Please ensure you give yourself plenty of time for travel so that you arrive in good time for your event.
